I just had check  the trailers for this one and part 2, to jog my memory of which one I'd seen... neither looked familiar, but I think part 2 was the only POISON IVY sequel that I saw.

I'm up for checking part 3 out... 90s trash can still be fun. I can't think of much (if any) 2000s era 'trash' that I actually enjoy

Unpopular opinion but I think Part 3 was the best in the series, while Part 1 (the least trashy and most well-regarded among the general public) was probably the worst (it's still a decent flick but not as entertaining as the second and third films)

Poison Ivy 3 picked a lane and stuck to it and I respect that

aside from JAWS I'm actually struggling to think of a single movie franchise where 'Part 1' is my personal favourite? ...maybe I'm just weird (which is why I'm here).

edit - just remembered PSYCHO. first one is definitely the best imo... but 9 times out of 10 I tend to prefer a certain sequel(s) over an original
