Damn, you guys truly know your art-porn.
Heh.. this was just a fascinating subject for me.  So many movies I saw in the ads that I couldn't wait to grow up and see someday.

26. BOLERO (1984)
Another awful movie with Bo Derek (though "10" was okay).. a young heiress looks around the world for her first sexual experience.  Bo was almost 30 at this time!  The ads initially read "No One Under 17 Will Be Admitted" for nudity, sex and some violence, later likely trimmed for an R rating.
"O the legend they say, on a Valentine's Day, is a curse that'll live on and on.."

27. Orgazmo (1997)

Had a limited NC-17 theatrical run. The DVD had two versions, NC-17 and Unrated.

Is it October yet?

28. Shame (2011)

Serious drama about a sex addict with Micheal Fassbender and Carey Mulligan that got an NC-17.

29. The Mutilator (1984)

MPAA wanted to give the film an "X", but the distributor released it without a rating. First released as Fall Break in January 1984. They changed the title to The Mutilator in October 1984. Re-released with an R-Rating in 1985.

Hmm.. I looked at a picture of the FALL BREAK poster, and it's more of a "Hard R" blurb.  Its full blurb reads "Due to the violent nature of some scenes, this motion picture is not intended for viewing by those under 17 unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.".  This was similar to the poster for MOTHER'S DAY (1980).  If a film isn't released as X/NC-17 in theaters and doesn't have a "No One Under 17 Admitted (period)" blurb at least, I'm kind of hesitant to think it qualifies.  I know it gets kind of confusing, but fortunately we only have 100 of them to post.  Thanks for the post at least; I still have yet to see the full unedited film.  The cheesy tagline is one of my favorites from the olden days of video stores.

30. THE SHADOWED MIND (1988)

A grisly shocker from South Africa set in a lunatic asylum for the sexually insane was rated NC 17 in 1991.

Banned for many years in South Africa and never screened locally: it was recently restored and made available on DVD and Blu-ray 😊🐢

Oh yes-- I recently covered this on another site with the same NC-17/X/No One Under 17 criteria!  There are a whole lot more entries in that thread in case anyone can't find one of their own:

Going back to 29.:
OASIS OF THE ZOMBIES (1982)
Really dumb zombie flick from sleazemeister Jesus/Jess Franco.  Zombified Nazi soldiers from WWII protect a cache of gold they buried in the African desert, munching on trespassers.  The blurb NO ONE UNDER 17 ADMITTED is applied to the US poster.

If I don't feel your entry meets the criteria, don't be bummed!  Try, try again!

Now up to date at 32.:
THE LAST WOMAN (1976) aka LA DERNIERE FEMME/L'ULTIMA DONNA
French/Italian drama involving a man whose wife leaves him for feminist reasons.  He has an affair with his son's caretaker and unravels mentally when his custody is threatened.  Rated X for sex/nudity and some shocking violence at the end.  Famed French actors Gerard Depardieu and Ornella Muti are in this.

I have to say, to my eyes Bo Derek doesn't exude sex objectivity there, she looks absolutely beautiful in a pure way, almost innocent. That's probably the best picture of her I've ever seen.

33. LINDA AND ABILENE (1969)
The original Godfather Of Gore, Herschell Gordon Lewis, sometimes made soft-core porn flicks like this one.  Brother and sister in the Old West develop incestuous feelings for each other.  The brother runs off in confusion, right into the arms of another woman.  The sister gets raped and the brother seeks revenge, while sister has a fling with the other woman.  Initially rated X in theaters for heavy sex, nudity and some violence, and later released as Unrated.

34. Caligula (1979)

Penthouse's Bob Guccione tricked a number of respected movie people---Malcolm McDowell, Peter O'Toole, Gore Vidal---into making this bad taste flop. He later edited in pornographic sequences to what was already a hard-R series of orgies and overacting. Everyone who could took their name off the results. Per Wikipedia, "Guccione refused to submit Caligula to the MPAA because he did not want the film to receive a rating—even X—which he considered to be "demeaning". Instead, Guccione applied his own 'Mature Audiences' rating to the film, instructing theater owners not to admit anyone under the age of 18."

35. CAN HEIRONYMOUS MERKIN EVER FORGET MERCY HUMPPE AND FIND TRUE HAPPINESS? (1969)
Faux autobiographical musical based on the life of singer/actor/Broadway star (and here, director) Anthony Newley, in particular his many sexual conquests.  Then-wife Joan Collins also stars, as does Milton Berle and Stubby Kaye.  Rated X for sex/nudity.  Also in an R-rated cut with some of the sex trimmed.  Painfully dumb title!

36. DAGMAR'S HOT PANTS, INC. (1971)
Funny title!  Prostitute decides to give up the overly horizontal life and get married.  Swedish film, with smokin' sexpot Inger Sundh (SEDUCTION OF INGA) also appearing.  Originally released as rated X for sex/nudity, there is also a cut R rated version.
