There are other movies with "Abbot and Costello" in the title. There's "Boris and Natasha" so Boris isn't unique. There are a number of documentaries with "Karloff" in them, but I think this is the only fictional feature, so I don't know if it counts or not.

there's a TORA TORA (2017) and  a TORA BORA (2011) so no dice there :(

documentaries and shorts don't count...

ok so I cannot find any movies unconnected to the Abbott & Costello franchise which have the word 'Abbott' in the title, or any other movies at all that have Karloff in the title, so it does count...
