One of my siblings is detoxing, and it's messing her up and affecting her daughters mental health. It's super disheartening to hear her daughter tell her mother that she doesn't want her mother to die. My sister doesn't want to get mental health help to get her through this. I'm going to get some AA locations for her to try to go to.

And the father to my niece  barely pays child support. My sister really has a specific type of man she's attracted to. I'm just heartbroken for my niece, I don't know if either me or my other sibling will raise her later in life.

Well I told her to pick one of the three things she's trying to quit and to focus on it instead of the other two. Whether or not she does that is to be determined. I gave her some breathing exercises and a guide to calm down her mind. The rest is up to her.

Used to be able to handle the jitters back when I smoked, but then I quit....

Mia that big Presa Canario dog I had she passed away January 17th she was 8 years old that went by really fast  :bluesad: I will miss her dearly such a good dog... 

we just got a pure German Shepherd puppy it's going to be a lot of work !

My condolences. Losing a beloved dog is one of life's saddest experiences, but I hope your new puppy brings you many happy moments for a long time to come.
