Weird black and white alien movie from the 90's

I was wondering if any1 knows of this weird black and white alien mvoie from the 90's. I had these aliens with giant heads with what looks like udder things coming from their heads. I think its based on the 30's. If any1 knows please tell me the name of it because I wanna see it again. Thanks
