'70's Italian horror film

Need some help trying to remember a '70's Italian horror film I rented back in the early '90's. The movie takes place in Italy with a young man and girlfriend/wife?.  The girl dies and gets buried. The young man digs her up ,removes her organs and (I think) enbalms her. He then puts her in their bed and sleeps next to her.Somewhere in the movie he picks up a woman and kills her. Also somewhere in the movie ,family(or friends) discover the dead body in the bed.

I remember the movie being very gory and bad.

not much to go on, but it's all i remember.

I concur with Claws, it's Buio Omega aka Beyond the Darkness. I own it and your description is spot on.
