2 more old ones I can't find

Let me rely on your genius once again for 2 I can't find / google:
1) Some people find an old cave where ancients held rituals and made sacrifices.  One person is convinced that in a pool in this cave there must be gold and jewels.  He goes diving in the pool and comes up a skeleton.  It scared me to badly to watch after that. 

2) Some guy is driving along at night and his car hits something.  Turns out to be a giant thread of spider silk and the nearby cave is home to the spider and filled with the remains of its victims.  Again was too afraid as a child to watch the end!

The first one is almost certainly Caltiki, The Immortal Monster (1959).

The second one is probably Earth vs. The Spider (1958).

You guys are just tooooooooo good!  Looked them up on IMDB and these are most certainly it.  Will have to find a rental store with them...  Sadly I'm out of horror films that have haunted me since childhood.
