I can't really explain why, but that picture makes me want to vomit. Seriously.

On a different note, is it "Tetsuo" or "Tetsuo II"?  Those were both full of similar images and made me want to violently eject my stomach. There's just something about flesh and tubing and wiring being combined... :buggedout: :bluesad:
