The smartass in me was tempted to say something like "somebody's mama", but I have a low pain tolerance and tend to cry during *sswhuppings.

the INTRUDER WITHIN (1981) ?
No, but the monster IS an alien.

Is this a Scfi movie???
Yeah, but not an "Alien" like sci-fi, more like a Predator like sci-fi.
(The alien comes to us.)
Oh, and the alien comes from underground. Don't ask, I don't know why.

I watch very few Sci-fi films, and when I do I find myself needing my head exammend afterwards so I'm going to take a wild guess...
