2 TV movies: evil rocks from space and brain stingrays

the first one is about some black-brown small rocks falling from the sky in USA, and everyone that touches them became a alien, but still looked human, but there were also one that got orange, cracked skin, and in the end did he do something whit a satelite disc.  I think it was in 2 parts, so maybe not even a movie.

the second one is about a blue alien that looked like a mix of stingray and slug, and took over people by attaching themself to the back and push a tendril into the brain. not sure, but this one might also have been in 2 parts

Not sure on the first movie.
My guess for the second one would be The Puppet Masters.  Not 100% on that, though.
I seem to remember the aliens being grey instead of blue.

"Invasion" (1997) should be your first.

"The Puppet Masters" is a good suggestion for the second.  It would be my guess as well.
