Just curious.

I followed the link from the frontpage and found a PR0* directory with no links, or very well hidden links; that only accepts paid submissions? What's up with that?

*To the casual observer, that is PageRank 0, not PRO.

That is a purchased (sponsored) link.  Most will be sites that are new and wish to improve their page rank quickly.
