With the cybernetic upgrades given to him by F.O.W.L. when they brought him back to life after his violent death at the hands of Batman, including the ability to fly and lasers out the wazoo, he'd be more than a match for your average Predator.

And he still manages to look sharp wearing a business suit and tie.

(I swear this is the only time I'll reuse a character, but the fact he had an alternate cyborg form was too good of an opportunity to pass up.)
