Are their any famous people you didn't know that sorrowed you?
I remember when Lon Chaney Jr. died, I saw it on TV. My 11 year old self was floored.
Just now having heard that David Lynch died...man. I'll miss his beautiful work.
Any that you can think of?

Princess Diana's death flattened me completely, I didn't speak much or at all for about a week after that. 🥺🥺

Jim Varney and Harold Ramis.

Ernest and Egon Spengler were heroes of mine when I was young.  I've had actual realtives that died that didn't hit me as hard as Harold's death.

I felt a little sad when Miles Davis died. Most of my heroes have died of old age, though. Like Lynch; he was 78, he had already slowed down, you knew it was coming soon. Hard to get sad about it (for me).
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...
