According to a story I heard on the famed radio program Matlock Magazine, the 1950s ad-man who was credited with the public safety campaign "Walk On The Left Side of the Street" was later run over and killed by a confused driver who was operating his vehicle on the wrong side of a road.

I don't mean to rag on old time radio shows. As a kid, we had a 'lights' off at a certain time, and I had a small transistor radio and tiny earphones, and there was some AM radio station that would play old broadcasts like Suspense! The Shadow, Inner Sanctum, Jack Benny, Fibber McGee and Molly, and such. I enjoyed it very much.

A lot of those old shows are available online. Every so often me and Kristi listen to a few of them.
