Michelin guide to burgers crowned burger joint Hundred Burgers, from the Valencia region in Spain, for making the best burger in the world.

What's their secret? Dry-aged beef and caramelized onions.
Is it October yet?

I once unintentionally offended a food & wine snob by asking what qualified the people who give Michelin stars to judge other peoples efforts. I wondered if they had owned successful restaurants themselves or what. The only answer I ever got was him in an increasingly angry voice saying "But they are the people who give Michelin stars" as if their word was some sort of holy writ that couldn't be questioned.

Since it was only a momentary passing interest, I've never since looked up why people use their ratings or what justifies them being listened to. Maybe one of these days I will look it up. I wonder where Stu Crawley is nowadays? Wouldn't surprise me if prison had been involved as he did keep trying to sell me stolen stuff.

Michelin star rated restaurants are usually expensive fine dining places. Doesn't appeal to everyone, I reckon. It is supposedly a guarantee for high quality food and service.

This burger place in Valencia doesn't look like your typical expensive restaurant though

Most of their burgers are priced at $12
