Ghosts in WWII airplane.

This one has been bugging me for years...a WWII aircraft crew are in the desert,they're stranded and dying.Everyone argues alot...
one guy tries to walk to find help and he vanishes! Eventually the whole crew vanish,except one guy...seems they were dead the whole time...this was back in the late 60's and I saw it on TV.

This is either the often-looked for "Sole Survivor" or I do believe there was a Twilight Zone Episode that was very similar.  You are probably looking for "Sole Survivor."  I cannot get IMDB to open for me, or I would post a link to the movie entry.
