one of my all time faves... Umberto Lenzi's EYEBALL would be up there as well for 75

I have to agree. That's not a BAD movie. Neither is PAYCHIC KILLER, which I have a soft spot for seeing ona double bill with RACE WITH THE DEVIl.

heh, almost read that as PAYCHECK KILLER... would make a cool spinoff
- the trailer for that film is on just about every VIPCO vhs / dvd I've owned. saw the trailer probably 100 times before seeing the film

I have to agree to disagree. It's all subjective.
no idea what's going on, lol
I think TRIP WITH THE TEACHER and EYEBALL are good (great) bad movies... if that's what's being debated?
maybe we're just all a bit too post-ironic for our own good (...I mean our own bad...)
Quoteno idea what's going on, lol
No idea haha. I only added my two cents. Was I overreacting? My apologies. This however, is a great typo:
QuotePAYCHIC KILLER
Sounds like a great b-movie!
Terror of MechaGodzilla
Infra-Man

Released here as KILL MR MITCHELL 😳
Haven't really started combing the IMDB list yet, but Dog Day Afternoon popped out at me...
Definitely has it's moments... When the press scores an interview & asks Al Pacino really stupid questions, or when they say the bank is held up by two homosexuals.... Much dark satire, too...
Combed through 550, so far...
Death Race 2000
The Story of O
Shivers
Rollerball
A Boy and His Dog
The Pinchcliffe Grand Prix
Snuff
Rancho Deluxe
Terror of Mechagodzilla
Black Magic
Mitchell!
Lips! Lips! Lips! Lips!
Some of these are quite good.
THE WILBY CONSPIRACY
THE DEVILS RAIN
AT LONG LAST LOVE
LUCKY LADY
THE DEVIL WITHIN HER
MITCHELL
THE REINCARNATION OF PETER PROUD

I wouldn't classify that as a Bad movie by any means.
It won 2 Acadamy Awards!
And personally, I think GODZILLA VS MECHAGODZILLA is a classic!
Of course, I think the BRAIN THAT WOULDN'T DIE is a classic, so....

Yeah, DOG DAY AFTERNOON also raised my eyebrows... but then, I hold ROCKY HORROR in even higher esteem....... as always, "Mileage May Vary"!
trying to define what objectively qualifies as a 'bad movie' (regardless of one's personal taste) is something that is very difficult to justify logically... things like budget, and the calibre of the director and cast, do not even seem to be deciding factors.
BUT... you just kind of 'know'.
...or at least I'd like to think that I do :twirl: :bouncegiggle:
According to my CLZ Movies app, 1975 ranks 7th in year-of-release for my movie collection. The years ahead of it are:
1. 1973
2. 1974
3. 1972
4. 1971
5. 1977
6. 1976
As you can see, I like movies from the 1970s.
As you can also see, I completely avoided the question.
For I am The Burgomaster.
Does Inframan count?
It's not a bad movie to me in any way.
Outside that...?
Africa Express
Bruce Lee vs Supermen
Spring to mind.
Bug - William Castle's last film.
The Adventures of the Wilderness Family - Not that bad, but corny.
The Land Time Forgot - Interesting story, good acting, decent miniatures. Silly dinosaur puppets.
