I've been trying for years to find this film and hope you can help.
I watched this film in the early 90s probably 1992/93 on VHS. The film could quite possibly be from the late 80's to the above year/s.
It was about this guy who was a psychopath who I think was being pursued by a cop or detective.
The most I can remember was a scene which featured the psychopath in a hotel or motel staring at this fat woman's fake eye who worked there. When she asked what he wanted , he shouted at her and sad "I WANT THAT!".
The next scene showed her lying dead with her fake eye missing.
If anyone can help or know the name of the film that would be great.
